Our speaker will be LAYC Chef Jonathan Vu, as part of the very first wave of Vietnamese refugees coming to America in 1974. Some of Jonathan’s first memories were about food, or more appropriately the lack it. His family had once been of privilege and suddenly they were thrown into destitution. We are excited to hear his story and the business he created in the food industry so please tune in.
